Park Ideal Idea III, currently under construction, has welcomed its first tenant. Ventia
has leased 1,600 sq m of warehouse space with office and social area. Cushman & Wakefield,
the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate services firm, has acted as
consultant in the transaction.
Ventia is a company from the sanitary engineering sector operating on the HVAC (Heating
Ventilation Air Conditioning) market. It is a distributor of ventilation and air-conditioning
equipment. The company has decided to relocate to new premises to accommodate the expanding
business and to improve the quality of office and warehouse space. The tenant will move into
Ideal Idea III park on 1 June 2013.
Ideal Idea III park is a modern warehouse and office facility being developed in the form of
SBU (small business unit). It is located on Działkowa Street in Warsaw. The first two buildings
totalling 11,000 sq m (3,000 sq m of grade A office space and 8,000 sq m of warehouse space
adjacent to the office part) are scheduled for completion in Q2 2013. The whole complex is to
comprise four buildings. The developer is Ideal Idea.
“Warsaw’s Włochy district is particularly attractive for companies looking for locating
their headquarters and warehouse and distribution areas. The main attributes of the project are
a very good transport connection with the city centre, the proximity to the Fryderyk Chopin
international airport and convenient access to the A2 motorway. Tenants are also offered the
flexibility of modifying their needs during the construction stage, which guarantees greater
space efficiency” – says Joanna Sinkiewicz, senior negotiator in industrial department of
Cushman & Wakefield.
