John Ozog has joined Cushman & Wakefield as an associate, based in the downtown Chicago
Office. He will be working alongside associate director Chris Pontarelli and executive
director David Findling. Mr. Ozog was previously with NAI Hiffman’s downtown tenant
representation team, where he focused on business development and transaction management for
both local and national accounts.
"We are excited that John Ozog decided to continue his career at Cushman &
Wakefield Chicago," said Aaron Block, senior managing director and co-branch manager for
Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago. "John’s pedigree and experience will be a
nice addition to star broker David Findling’s downtown tenant representation
team. This is a perfect fit for John, David and, most importantly, John’s
clients."
David Findling added, "John’s business development prowess combined with our
team’s proven track record is a recipe for success, even in this challenging leasing
environment."
The addition of John Ozog continues the momentum for C&W Chicago’s office leasing
professionals in 2009. Already this year, the David Findling team represented FTI
Consulting in its 92,000 square foot renewal at the Franklin Center. In addition, last
month Cushman & Wakefield’s Kent Ilhardt represented Willis Group Holdings in its
140,000 square foot new lease and acquisition of naming rights at Sears
Tower.
"Bringing John into our proven, international tenant representation platform is part of
our focus on attracting Chicago’s next generation of talent and delivering the highest
level of service to our clients," said Michael McKiernan, executive managing director and
co-branch manager for Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago.
