Three Leading Industrial Brokerage Professionals Join Cushman & Wakefield in LA

Cushman & Wakefield today announced it has added three highly experienced brokerage professionals to its Greater Los Angeles ranks in a move designed to strengthen and enhance the company's industrial platform in the Western U.S. Region. Mike Foley has been appointed Senior Director based in the firm's Long Beach office. David Hess has been appointed Senior Director based in Downtown Los Angeles, and David Young joins the firm as a Senior Associate also based Downtown. All three professionals recently held positions with CB Richard Ellis.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Foley was a Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis, specializing in the representation of institutional landlords, corporate tenants and developers desiring to acquire, lease, purchase and dispose of industrial real estate. His active listings involve more than five million square feet of industrial warehouse distribution facilities located throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. Previously, he was Senior Vice President with Trammell Crow Company where he was part of the integrated marketing and property management team focused on leasing institutional space. Prior to that, Mr. Foley was a Senior Vice President with Colliers Seeley International where he represented private ownership groups in the marketing and acquisition of industrial properties in the Southern California area.

Mr. Hess, also a former Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis, has successfully represented a number of institutional owners in leasing and marketing some of the most significant industrial parks in the Commerce/Vernon and Mid-Counties markets. His previous responsibilities in those markets included overseeing the leasing activity for more than seven million square feet of institutionally owned Class A industrial space. Prior to that, Mr. Hess was a Senior Vice President with Trammell Crow Company where he was part of the integrated marketing/property management team focused on leasing institutional space.

Mr. Young joins Cushman & Wakefield from CB Richard Ellis' Brokerage Services group where he specialized in industrial leasing services since 2007. Prior to that, he held a position with Advanced Realtors in Boston. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of California, San Diego and is a licensed California real estate salesperson.
