Cushman & Wakefield today announced Sandra L. Boyle, Director, Investor Services for
Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco, has beenappointed President of the Building Owners
and Managers Association of California (BOMA California) for the 2012 term.
"We congratulate Sandra on her new role as President of BOMA California. She is a
dynamic leader with superior knowledge of all facets of the real estate industry. We are
confident that she will be a powerful influence at and contributor to BOMA," said Joe
Cook, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Cushman & Wakefield's West
Region.
Ms. Boyle brings to her role over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. She
currently oversees a Class A high-rise building portfolio in San Francisco's financial district
totaling 4.5 million square feet. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Boyle completed
more than 25 years with Glenborough, LLC serving since 1997 as Executive Vice President. During
her career with Glenborough she was responsible for many of the core functions of the company
including: asset management, leasing, property management, project management and development
while incorporating all asset classes on a national scope.
Ms. Boyle holds California Real Estate Broker's license, an IREM CPM designation and LEED AP
designation. In addition to her role at BOMA California, she is currently on the Board of
California Business Properties Association, and Chair of the Board of BOMA San Francisco
Foundation, a member of the Board of the BOMA International Foundation, and the PACC Board of
George Washington University in Washington DC.
