Power Broker William Holly Returns to Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that William H. Holly, a major player in the South Florida real estate market, has returned to the firm as an Executive Director. Mr. Holly will be based in the firm's Miami office and focus on commercial leasing.
Mr. Holly brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including brokerage and the development of office buildings. He has overseen projects throughout the U.S., as well as in Mexico and Romania.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Holly was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Holly Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate firm he founded in 2002. The firm, which focused on private clients in Florida, was awarded with the prestigious "Business of the Year Award" by Regions Bank and the South Florida Business Journal in 2006.

Before founding Holly Real Estate, Mr. Holly established the Miami office of Insignia/ESG. Prior to that, he was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Holly began his real estate career at the Codina Bush Group.
Mr. Holly is a founding shareholder of Coral Gables Trust, where he serves on its Board of Directors. He is also a founding shareholder of Florida Gulf Bank in Ft. Myers.
Mr. Holly is extremely active in civic and local organizations. He has served on the Board of Governors of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. He is the past Chairman of the Board for Ransom Everglades School, past Chairman of the History of Miami and past President of the Brickell Area Association.
