Cushman & Wakefield Expands Healthcare Practice Group

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Sean McDonnell and Kathleen Fazio have joined
Cushman & Wakefield's Healthcare Practice Group in the Stamford, Connecticut office as
senior director and director, respectively. Mr. McDonnell and Ms. Fazio have 25 years of
combined real estate experience and have completed more than 500,000 square feet of medical
transactions over the last five years. They will focus their efforts in the Connecticut market,
while providing support to their national clients, as well.
Mr. McDonnell returned to Cushman & Wakefield after serving as executive director of real
estate operations and property management for Norwalk Hospital. He previously held positions
with both Cushman & Wakefield and CB Richard Ellis. Ms. Fazio previously served as the
director of leasing and sales for Summit Development in Southport, CT. Mr. McDonnell and Ms.
Fazio have initiated and designed innovative healthcare growth and expansion programs, as well
as physician management initiatives for both local and national firms. They are experts in
medical practice expansion and strategic planning, as well as medical services cost containment
and relocation. Mr. McDonnell's and Ms. Fazio's clients include: Norwalk and Griffin Hospitals,
Greenfield Partners, Stanley Seligson Properties, Marcus Partners and MMS Medical.
