Jim Dieter to Address Chicago Real Estate Forecast Conference

Jim Dieter, executive vice president of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. and head of the firm's National Industrial brokerage platform, is slated to address Chicago's 10th Annual Commercial Real Estate Forecast Conference on January 24, 2012. Dieter will participate in a breakout discussion, slated for 11:30 a.m., analyzing the industrial market. "Our focus will be on the Chicago region's market viewed against the backdrop of national industrial real estate trends," he said. "We will discuss vacancy and absorption rates, rental rates, construction trends, and the impact of the national economy, and offer projections for the year ahead."

In his role of directing Cushman & Wakefield's National Industrial brokerage platform, Dieter is responsible for the group's strategic business objective, operations, and business development. A highly sought-after resource for industry commentary, he frequently conducts and participates in seminars and conferences throughout North America.
