Dieter will participate in a breakout discussion, slated for 11:30 a.m., analyzing the
industrial market. "Our focus will be on the Chicago region's market viewed against the
backdrop of national industrial real estate trends," he said. "We will discuss
vacancy and absorption rates, rental rates, construction trends, and the impact of the national
economy, and offer projections for the year ahead."
In his role of directing Cushman & Wakefield's National Industrial brokerage platform,
Dieter is responsible for the group's strategic business objective, operations, and business
