Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon, Inc. announced today that it has hired Lisa Fisher and
Anne Hecht as directors to lead the firm’s retail brokerage services group. As a
top retail transactional team in the Portland area, Fisher and Hecht will establish Cushman
& Wakefield’s first retail initiative since 2000.
Fisher brings nine years of retail experience to the firm, managing national, regional and
local retail companies such as Famous Footwear, Lucky Brand Jeans, Illuminations and Blush
Beauty Bar.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Fisher worked as a broker with Portland-based Mele
Taylor Westerdahl, Inc. There, she was responsible for providing expertise for both
landlords and tenants in retail market analysis, leasing, sales and acquisitions.
Fisher’s extensive background in retail includes architectural design, facilities
planning and operations, which includes managing the expansion for several national retailers
including Ralph Lauren Polo, Tommy Hilfiger and Estee Lauder.
Hecht brings nine years of retail experience and 10 years of brokerage experience to the
firm, representing national and regional clients including Specialty’s Bakery and CafĂ©,
AT&T and MBA & Associates. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Hecht also
worked as a broker with Mele Taylor Westerdahl, Inc. Prior to that, Hecht worked for
Spieker Properties and Ticor Title Insurance. Hecht also spent 10 years serving in
various retail roles, including retail specialist, for CB Richard Ellis in Seattle. Hecht
focuses on retail brokerage, providing clients with various services such as due diligence,
asset management, leasing and tenant improvements.
With the re-establishment of the company’s Retail Brokerage division, one of Cushman
& Wakefield’s goals is to become the firm of choice in providing retail expertise for
office properties throughout the Portland commercial real estate market.

Fisher received a Bachelor’s degree from Washington State University and she is a
licensed real estate broker in Oregon. She serves on the board for Commercial Real Estate
Women (CREW) and she’s a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers
(ICSC). Hecht attended Washington State University and she is a licensed real estate
broker in both Oregon and Washington. She is a member of CREW and ICSC.
