Cushman & Wakefield Hires Leasing Broker for New Haven Market

Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce it has added Evan O'Brien as Associate to the Brokerage Services Group in the Hartford office. Evan will work exclusively with Director Bob Motley focusing on both tenant and landlord representation in the Greater New Haven market.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Evan was an associate with Location Realty, Inc. and Galaxy Development Group in Vernon, Connecticut. As an associate, he was responsible for performing cash flow analysis, assisting in creating development project proposals and analyzing lease contracts. Evan also worked at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. as a summer intern while in college.

Evan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut in Storrs, where he was a member of both the Real Estate Society and the Finance Society.
