Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announced today the
promotion of Fernando Ferreira and Ricardo Valente to European partners of the firm.
Fernando Ferreira has been working for the firm since 2003 when he joined the valuations
department. In 2006 he was promoted to associate and moved to the investment department, where
he is currently working. Fernando holds a degree in Business Management from Universidade
Lusíada and a post-graduation in real estate valuations from ESAI - Escola Superior de
Actividades Imobiliárias.
Ricardo Valente has been C&W Portugal’s head of asset management since 2004 and was
appointed associate in 2005. Ricardo obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the
Instituto Superior Técnico and has almost 13 years’ experience in the technical and operational
management of large-scale national and Europe-wide projects and holds qualifications in
Standardisation and Health and Safety at work.

Campos, Fernando Ferreira and Ricardo Valente.
