Novak and Kaizr new C&W partners

Radka Novak and Jaroslav Kaizr become C&W Partners effective from 1 January 2012.

Radka Novak heads the office agency team. Prior joining C&W in 2008, Radka worked as a Leasing and Marketing Manager at Skanska Property Czech Republic for 10 years. In C&W Radka manages team of 8 professional consultants, provides strategic advisory to developers and landlords and is also responsible for servicing C&W corporate clients in the Czech Republic.

Radka has 15-years of experience in the office property market, she is a business strategy and marketing specialist and a holder of the CIMA-B diploma. She likes to spend her free time with her family, takes care of animals on the family farm. She also likes travelling, tennis and zumba.

Jaroslav Kaizr (34) is head of the industrial letting team. He is mainly engaged in the lease of industrial properties in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and represents tenants in development tenders. Jaroslav joined C&W in 2003.

In 2003 Jaroslav graduated from the Faculty of Finance on the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic. In 2009 Jaroslav gained master degree in Real estate investment and management at the Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom. Jaroslav became member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2010.

In his free time he likes golf, and riding a motorbike. He likes running and every year he participates on the Prague International Marathon.
