pleased to have Cushman & Wakefield and ILM as leasing agents”, said Gennady Nikishov, head
of the project from Quorum Debt Management. – “We are sure that with the help of the agents we
will manage to secure new tenants in Kubik”.
John Delargy, Senior Consultant in the Office Agency Department in Cushman & Wakefield
commented: “We are observing a shift in tenant demand towards premises near the MKAD,
influenced by the new office decentralization policy of the Moscow Authorities. Kubik is an
effective solution for tenants who want to escape the exorbitant prices of the city centre, yet
still demand quality office accommodation in convenient locations, close to the metro and major
transport routes”
Anastasia Noskova, Senior Consultant in Office Agency, ILM, comments: “A number of large
companies are already interested in this offer”.
