firm, today announced that it won the exclusive mandate for the disposition of a shopping and
office center in the center of Moscow known as Gallery Actor. Cushman & Wakefield will be
responsible for advising the vendor on the disposition and related strategy. Gallery Actor is
an iconic, landmark building in Moscow and is a trophy asset from both a Russian and
international perspective.
Gallery Actor, located on Tverskaya street, was build in 1882. In 1995 the building was
renovated with an extension of office accommodation. The total area of the building is 18 000
sq.m with 5 800 sq.m of shopping and 12 200 sq.m of office space. The shopping and office zones
have separate entrances and exits. The building is leased to international and Russian
tenants/brands.
Gallery Actor has great visibility and a unique location on the main and most prestigious
shopping street of Moscow - Tverskaya Street. The building is situated next to three
metro-stations: Tverskaya, Pushkinskaya and Chekhovskaya.
