An SPPICAV managed by Lasalle Investment Management

An SPPICAV created and managed by LaSalle Investment Management has acquired an office building of 6,843 sq.m. from Foncière des Régions. The building forms part of a larger office complex called "Axe Seine" located at12 rue Rouget de Lisle, in Issy-les-Moulineaux, Paris region.
The sales price is estimated at € 37 million.
In this transaction, Foncière des Régions was advised by Cushman & Wakefield and the notaries, 14 Pyramides. LaSalle Investment Management, as advisor to the SPPICAV, was assisted in the transaction by the notaries, SCP Theret - Leroy - Reberet - Brandon and the law firm, Lawington (Avi Amsellem).
