Tom & Co expands in France

The retailer Tom & Co, specializing in the distribution of food and accessories for pets, instructed Cushman & Wakefield as exclusive agent for their retail parks development in France.
With 140 outlets in Belgium, Tom & Co (Delhaize Group) wants to expand their network in France, exclusively through franchises, on formats between 400 to 800 sq.m. The priority is given to the commercial areas of the Nord Pas de Calais region.
The first French shop Tom & Co has opened last December in Flers-en-Escrebieux (59).
