The Irish are investing outside the Brussels CBD
22 May, 2005, Brussels
The office building at 56 Boulevard de la Woluwe in Brussels has just been acquired by a group of private Irish investors.
The building was constructed by Cortona/Burco and has an area of around 3,900 sq.m. with 44 parking bays. The former owners of the building were Provisum, a Dutch pension fund.
The sale went through with the help of Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker. The investment is a fairly untypical one for the Irish, who to date have mainly been interested in properties situated within the CBD.
The sale price was € 10,100,000 including costs.
