Cushman & Wakefield To Lease New Retail Park In Viana Do Castelo, Portugal

Cushman & Wakefield EMEA (C&W/H&B) announced today that has been appointed to let the new retail park developed by Sonae Sierra and Miller Developments in Darque, Viana do Castelo. The opening is scheduled for the fall of 2006.
With 10,800 sqm of Gross Lettable Area (GLA), the Viana do Castelo Retail Park will feature 10 units, with areas varying from 450 sqm to 2,800 sqm and 2 restaurants, in a catchment area of 125 thousand people 20 minutes away and represents an investment of 30 million euros.
This is Sonae Sierra's second development in Viana do Castelo, after Estação de Viana Shopping Centre, the main shopping and leisure destination in the city, also leased by C&W.
