Ford Motor Company Ltd reappoints C&W in EMEA & APAC

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has been appointed by Ford Motor Company Ltd as its EMEA & APAC preferred real estate partner, signing an agreement for a further two years.
Cushman & Wakefield has acted on behalf of Ford since 1997 and in September 2007 this partnership was extended for a further two years. The account is managed by C&W’s Client Solutions team and services provided include, strategic consulting, benchmarking, transaction management, office, industrial and development agency, property management, planning, valuation and property due diligence and rent review/lease renewals.
Commenting on the appointment, Simon O'Reilly, account partner who leads the team at C&W said; "During our 10 years of servicing the Ford account we have seen many business strategy and organisational changes. In reaction to these changes we have regularly adapted our approach and levels of support to fit the needs of their global business. Ford's decision to reappoint us for another two years is further ratification of the strength of our people, our innovative approach and our commitment to continually improve and develop our service provision."
