Cushman & Wakefield Steps Up Recruitment Drive With New Hires In CIS Team

Cushman & Wakefield, the global property consultant, confirmed today that as part of an
ongoing recruitment initiative, it had appointed leading occupier services specialist James
Crisp, as a partner in its EMEA region
Corporate Occupier & Investor Services (CIS) team. He will be based in London.
James was previously a Director at Capita Symonds (formerly NB Real Estate) where he was
responsible for UK and European occupier services.
The firm also announced today that it had appointed Matt Stevens as an Associate in its EMEA
region CIS team. Matt recently joined the Firm from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he was
Senior Manager specialising in commercial office real estate solutions for major corporate
occupiers throughout the UK, Central & Eastern Europe and Middle East.
Michael Creamer, head of CIS for Cushman & Wakefield in the EMEA region said:
