Jeff Lanning Joins Cushman & Wakefield As An Office Brokerage Associate

Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Lanning has joined the firm as an Office Brokerage Associate.

Jeff Lanning offers experience in Agency Leasing and Tenant Representation throughout the Tampa Bay area. Mr. Lanning's core competencies include extensive prospecting experience, financial analysis and transaction negotiations. In addition, he assists the Tampa Capital Markets Group with new business development, market information, lease-up assumption for offering memorandums and property tours. Mr. Lanning has participated in leasing transactions totaling approximately $79 million encompassing more than 841,000 square feet. He will be working with Mercedes Angell on the Agency Leasing portfolio consisting of office parks totaling more than 1.7 million square feet. Some of the current Agency Leasing assignments include Net Park, Westshore Corporate Center I, First Park @ Brandon I & II, Riverside at Telecom Park and Tampa Oaks II.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr.Lanning spent two and a half years with Colliers Arnold representing more than 1.5 million square feet of office product in Hillsborough County and was responsible for over $46 million worth of transactions in the Tampa Bay office market.

Mr. Lanning graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in International Business. He is an active member of Leadership Tampa Bay, Tampa Downtown Partnership, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) and the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors.
