Two Broward Industrial Properties Trade Hands

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the South Florida Industrial Team of Chris Metzger, Rick Etner, Sky Groden, Christopher Thomson and Justin Cope completed two industrial sales in December.

The team arranged the sale of 580 Ansin Boulevard in Hallandale Beach for $1.7 million and the sale of 4031 NE 12th Terrace in Oakland Park for approximately $2.9 million, representing the sellers in both transactions.

Located just off I-95 in the Hallandale Beach design district, 580 Ansin Boulevard totals 15,560 square feet on 1.02 acres. The property was acquired by APP Hallandale, LLC from 4300 Sheridan LLC.

Totaling 65,600 square feet, with 15,000 square feet of office space, 4031 NE 12th Terrace features abundant parking and a fully fenced property. The building was sold to Recordkeepers, Inc. by DCT Industrial.
