Cushman & Wakefield announced today that law firm Moskowitz, Mandell, Salin & Simowitz
has expanded its presence at Radice Corporate Center II, located at 800 Corporate Drive in the
Cypress Creek submarket of Fort Lauderdale.
Moskowitz, Mandell, Salin & Simowitz signed a seven-year renewal and expansion for
13,522 square feet on the building's second and fifth floors. The lease includes 2,500 square
feet of expansion space.
Caroline Fleischer of Cushman & Wakefield represented the building's owner, ACPRE.
"Ownership was able to accommodate Moskowitz, Mandell, Salin & Simowitz's growth,
allowing the firm to continue operating successfully at 800 Corporate Drive," said Ms.
Fleischer, an associate director at Cushman & Wakefield.
Built in 1985, 800 Corporate Drive is a seven-story, class-A office building totaling
121,207 square feet. The building, located adjacent to I-95 and just minutes from Fort
Lauderdale Executive Airport, is part of a three-building office complex, which includes an
on-site Westin Hotel.
