Manufacturing Company Moves Select Operations from Garland
Regal Research and Manufacturing Company, Inc., an industry leader in contract manufacturing
of complex systems, has purchased a 192,852 square-foot industrial building located at 1200 E.
Plano Parkway in Plano, Texas. Kurt Griffin and Natalie Kampen of Cushman & Wakefield
of Texas, Inc. represented Regal Research in the transaction.
“This purchase is the culmination of several months of work by Regal Research to shift a
portion of their operations from a leased facility to an owner controlled asset. The
acquisition of this building will provide Regal with the opportunity to grow their business and
enhance the company’s balance sheet at the same time,” said Mr. Griffin, a director within
Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas office.
The property, which includes approximately 10.52 acres of land, will become the new home to
the company’s metal fabrication operations. Regal Research, previously based in Garland,
Texas, is a full service precision metal fabricator and systems integrator.
Nathan Lawrence and Ryan Kaiser of Trammell Crow Company represented the seller, Luminator
Holdings, LP.
