One of the largest ceramic tile and stone distributors in the U.S.
acquires Costa Mesa building
In a series of recent business expansions and consolidations, Bedrosians Tile & Stone
has acquired a 35,920-square-foot building at 3120 Airway Avenue in Costa Mesa,
California. Jeff Chiate and Rick Ellison from Cushman & Wakefield’s
Orange County office represented Bedrosians in the transaction value at $5.6 million. The
seller, Prudential, was represented by Chiate and Ellison and Rooney Daschbach and Bret Quinlan
from Cushman & Wakefield’s Los Angeles South Bay office.
3120 Airway is the former headquarters of White Cap, a California-based construction
supplies distributor. Bedrosians will use the newly-acquired facility as one of its
distribution centers for Southern California.
Among Bedrosians’ other acquisitions is the 375,000-square-foot warehouse facility at
1515 Winston Road in Anaheim, which the company acquired in 2005 for $24 million.
