Baird to Lead Baltimore Office

Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce that David Baird, a distinguished brokerage executive has joined its Baltimore office as senior managing director.

Mr. Baird will direct all brokerage and advisory services for the firm’s Baltimore office, leading nine brokerage professionals and a research and marketing support staff. This appointment is in line with Cushman & Wakefield’s continued aggressive recruitment of highly regarded, veteran commercial real estate professionals in the Baltimore submarket.

The Baltimore office team brings a wealth of brokerage consultancy experience with a combined 150 years of practice. Most recently with Trammell Crow Company (now CB Richard Ellis), Mr. Baird was a senior vice president and director of brokerage services overseeing the Baltimore and Richmond Virginia offices. Over his 23 year career, he has provided advisory and brokerage services to clients in the commercial, industrial and investment real estate markets. In his new role with Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Baird will be responsible for strategic client relationships, recruiting, general business development and continuing growth of the Baltimore office.
