Almost 70 percent of the  Most city centre has been leased. The two-storey multi-purpose complex with a total retail area of 18,000 m² is under construction in the centre of Most in northern Bohemia. The developer is CRESTYL Management s. r. o. and Cushman&Wakefield is in charge of the lease. The project includes the Odeon residential complex housing 100 residential units.

“The citizens of Most can look forward to a modern shopping centre, which has been missing in the region to date. Ninety retail units will offer a variety of goods including shoes, sport goods, fashion and home appliances from both Czech and international manufacturers. Brands that have already signed preliminary lease agreements include C&A, Orsay, Exe, Kenvelo, Time Out, Intersport Drapa, Baťa and many others,” says Blanka Lichtensteinová, a member of C&W team directly involved in the lease of the centre.

“To purchase food and basic needs, the centre will include a Hypernova store with an area of more than 3,000 square metres. The centre will also include a food court with restaurants, cafés and fast food outlets,” Blanka Lichtensteinová adds.

“To date, developers have underestimated the Ústí Region. At the end of last year, there were on average 143 square meters of modern shopping centre space per 1,000 inhabitants in the Czech Republic. In the northern Bohemian region, though, it was just 73 m2 per thousand people. With the opening of the Most City Centre the average will grow to 95 m2 per thousand people,” says Anco Fourie, head of market research development at Cushman & Wakefield.

Most City Centre shopping centre is situated in an attractive location directly in the centre of Most at 1. Náměstí, next to the municipal authority and the city theatre.

The centre is easily accessible by urban transport and is intended for both Most citizens and the citizens of the surrounding municipalities, including nearby Litvínov. Both towns are connected with a tram line that runs right next to the project. Also available will be an underground parking garage with a total capacity of 400 spaces.

The construction of the centre commenced this past March and the centre should be opened next spring.
