Cushman & Wakefield reclaims Retail Crown at the European Property Awards 2008

Cushman & Wakefield was named Retail Agency Team of the Year 2008 at the prestigious European Property Awards 2008 held in Munich, Germany yesterday evening. Cushman & Wakefield previously won this award in 2006.

A total of 400 people gathered at Munich’s 5-star Bayerischer Hof Hotel for the awards dinner organised by Property Week Global, Corenet global and expo real, the Munich property fair being held for 26,000 people this week.

The Retail Agency Team of the Year 2008 award recognises excellence amongst property advisers across Europe and Cushman & Wakefield beat a shortlist including; CB Richard Ellis, Jones Lang LaSalle, King Sturge and Leimdorfer, to reclaim the title of Retail Agency team of the year.

John Strachan, Head of Global Retail at Cushman & Wakefield said: “This is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the strength and breadth of our retail teams across the region.”
