
Europolis Real Estate Asset Management has appointed Cushman & Wakefield the manager of
Saski Crescent and Saski Point office buildings.
Saski Crescent provides 15,300 sqm of class A office space on 9 ground and 2
underground floors in prime central location at Królewska Street in Warsaw. Currently the
building is leased in 100%. Among the companies which have decided to locate their offices in
Saski Crescent are: Microstrategy, Ecard, Ove Arup, Kinoulty Research, ERSTE Securities, Misys
International Banking Systems, NY Kredit, EC Harris, Fiserv, Sweden Chamber of Commerce,
Commercial Counsellor Office of the Austrian Embassy, BSI Management Systems, SNC Lavalin and
Avantis sp. z o. o. The ground floor features Coffee Heaven.
Saski Point is a class A building located on the corner of Marsza?kowska and
Królewska Streets, in the centre of Warsaw. It forms a coherent complex with the Saski
Crescent. Saski Point provides 7,800 sqm international-quality office space on 6 floors and

Saski Crescent and Saski Point were built in 2003 and 1999 respectively by AIG/Lincoln
according to the design of Warsaw architectural studio APA –Wojciechowski.
On 1 January Cushman & Wakefield took over full management of the buildings, after
handing over the documents from the former manager.

• Warsaw Towers (office building of GLA ca. 20,720 sqm., located in the centre of
Warsaw at Sienna Street)
• Sienna Center (office building of GLA ca. 23,500 sqm., located in Warsaw at the
junction of Sienna and ?elazna Streets)
