Shopping and entertainment center Gulliver is opened

The project is 95% leased says Cushman & Wakefield, exclusive letting agent of the

The Grand Opening of shopping and entertainment center Gulliver in Orenburg took place on 5th November. More than 50 000 people visited the large celebration that was organized at the shopping center. The first visitors and shoppers participated in a lottery with a car as the main prize.
Gulliver Shopping and Entertaining Center is situated in Orenburg. The total area of the center is 70 800 sq.m. with 40 200 sq.m GLA. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive agent on the project.
Many international and Russian brands have chosen Gulliver as their starting point for city expansion, including Russian hypermarket chain Karusel (5971 sq.m), MediaMarkt (5593 sq.m.), KinoCity cinema (3439 sq.m.) and Russian chain Mir Kozi I Meha. Other tenants include Uuterra, Sportmaster, Tezenis, Calzedonia, Intimissimi, O’Stin, Forever 18, Adidas, Reebok, Centro, Glance, Zolla, Camelot, Chester, DNS, Ralf Ringer, Forward, Zenden, Game Zone, Subway and Country Chicken.
“Gulliver Shopping and Entertainment center is 95% leased, with 82 shops managing to finish fitting out and opened their doors during the Grand Opening ceremony” – comments Alexey Ionov, Senior Consultant, Retail Services at Cushman & Wakefield.
“Gulliver Shopping and Entertainment center is the best shopping center in the city – adds Vitaly Kupzov, Deputy Head of Gulliver Management Company – we expect that average footfall will exceed 20 000 people per day and will develop and implement loyalty programs”.
