Nigel Pedroz, formerly head of the European finance and operations team at HSBC Specialist
Investments Limited, has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a partner in the firm’s corporate
finance team to focus on indirect investment.
Nigel will specialise in global fund structuring, new product development and equity
placement assignments.
At HSBC, Nigel headed the team which provided corporate, fund and debt structuring, together
with operational management, to support pan-European real estate investment. Prior to
HSBC, Nigel was a Director at Schroders plc.
Cushman & Wakefield’s indirect team provides a range of transactional, structuring and
equity raising services to investors, asset managers and funds on a global basis. Over
the past two years this team has advised clients on c: €1.5 billion equity investment into
indirect real estate vehicles globally.
