Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has been
appointed once again for the management of properties owned by multinational UBS Global Asset
Management for a new term beginning in early 2010.
In mid 2008 the multinational company entrusted Cushman & Wakefield the management of
buildings 6, 7 and 8 of the World Trade Center Almeda Park at Cornellá de Llobregat, and it has
now extended its commission to all the properties owned by UBS Global Asset Management in
Almeda Park in 2009.
The assets consisting of six office buildings are a commercial complex of approximately
83,000m² for which C&W also acts as letting agent since its construction in 2001. During
the first phase, most of the business park was let by the consulting firm to companies such as
Panasonic, Fujitsu, Cofidis, Procter & Gamble, Securitas, and Alstom.
After its experience for the first few months, UBS Global Asset Management has additionally
entrusted C&W with the management of its 20,000 m² of office space in Vallsolana Garden
Business Park in Sant Cugat del Vallés. This is the first part of the recently opened business
park, which is also let by C&W.
