New shopping gallery in Ostrołęka

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by Narev Inwestycje the exclusive leasing agent for the planned Galeria Bursztynowa in Ostrołęka. The C&W’s Project Management team has created the scheme’s architectural and M&E design.
Galeria Bursztynowa is located on Gorbatowa and Żebrowskiego streets. It will feature around 25,000 sq m, including 20,000 sq m of retail space to let, with an additional 8,000 sq m DIY store. Magdalena Mika-Kosior and Jacek Zub with the Project Management team from Cushman & Wakefield are responsible for the architectural design.
„Galeria Bursztynowa will be the first large-scale retail facility in Ostrołęka. The local zoning plans have been amended, the architectural design is complete and we are at the final stage of negotiations process with the DIY store and hypermarket” – said Tomasz Górski, senior negotiator of retail department of Cushman & Wakefield.
