Martin Balaz head of industrial and retail warehouse team of Cushman & Wakefield in Slovakia

Martin Balaz has been promoted to the Head of Industrial and Retail Warehouse team of Cushman & Wakefield in Slovakia. Team focuses mainly on the lease of industrial space and lease of the Retail parks and on the sale of land sites for commercial use. Martin Balaz joined C&W in 2008. In the same year Industrial team was based in Bratislava office, which currently consists of group of 3 people.
Martin Balaz graduated from Technical University in Zvolen with the specialization of Marketing and International Trade. At the present he is studying Commercial Real Estate at College of Estate Management in England. He likes to spend his free time with family, but also as a professional he is dedicated to his actual studies. His favourite hobbies are squash and skiing.
