The number of tenants who have signed lease agreements securing their position in Galeria Ostrovia project in Ostrow Wielkopolsk has increased with: TESCO (7686 sq.m), Carry (403.77 sq.m), CCC (292.42 sq.m), Camaieu (184.67 sq.m), Reporter (199.38 sq.m), Aligator (204.91 sq.m)., Ravel (162.13 sq.m), Wójcik (153.50 sq.m), BOTI (134.92 sq.m), YES (50.34 sq.m), Coccodrilo – (94.67 sq.m), Wojas (125,78 sq.m), Kastor (54,49 sq.m).
An exclusive agent in the commercialization of Galeria Ostrovia is Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate advisory firm.
The investor and developer of the facility is Zakład Budowlano Remontowy BUDREM Sp. J.
Galeria Ostrovia is the first large-scale shopping centre in Ostrow Wielkopolski with catchment area of 325,000 people according to Cushman & Wakefield.
