Marks & Spencer, a clothing retailer, has leased 2,039 sq.m of space in Klif Gdynia
shopping centre. Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, has represented
the tenant in the transaction.
Marks & Spencer’s store in Gdynia Klif will be the eight store in Poland, fourth outside
Warsaw and first in Tri-city. The store offers womenswear and menswear – stylish, casual or
sports including lingerie, specialty food and kidswear.
„We are pleased to have been able to open our first store in Tri-city in such a favourable
location. The area of over 2,000 sq.m in Klif Gdynia shopping centre is excellent space to
showcase a wide range of our products” – commented Dusan Mrozek, Managing Director of Marks and
Spencer Polska.
Marks & Spencer is located in a new part of Klif Gdynia shopping centre which was
extended in May. The centre, which now occupies 30,000 sq.m, has increased its offer with 55
boutiques of several international brands, including Bagatt, Bandolera, Baldessarini, Carl
Gross, Escada Sport, Furla, Gerry Weber, Matinique, Patrizia Pepe, Pinko, PlusIT, Pollini,
Sisley, Stefanel, Undercolors of Benetton and Vera Mont. All brands have appeared in Tri-city
market for the first time.
Klif Gdynia has also welcomed: Apart Exclusive, Camel Active, Caterina Collection, Douglas,
Penny Black, Rosenthal Germany, Time Trend, Tommy Hilfiger, Tru Trussardi, Venezia,
Wittchen.
The owner and investor of the centre is PAIGE INVESTMENTS Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary company
of PBW Real Estate Fund I Group.
