Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), announced today the
appointment of Marco Nardini and Nuno Tadeu as surveyors of the the Portugal Valuations team.
Marco Nardini, holds a degree in Political Sciences and Modern Languages from Durham
University. He starts his career at C&W in 2008 in the valuations team of the London
office. Later, he spent a year in Budapest in the same department within the company.
Nuno Tadeu has a degree in Real Estate Management from the ESAI (Escola Superior de
Actividades Imobiliárias), and a master in Real Estate Management and Valuations from the
Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão. Before joining C&W, Nuno worked as valuations
advisory for the company American Appraisal and as technical coordinator at the CPU’s
valuations department.
Cushman & Wakefield is the leading player in the Portuguese valuations sector and has
valued the assets of companies such as Sonae Sierra, Chamartín, JP Morgan, Eurohypo, Sonae
Capital, Rockspring and ING Real Estate, among others. In 2009, it was responsible for the
valuation of real estate assets worth 10 billion Euros.
