Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) was voted the Best Real Estate Agency in
Slovakia 2010 by readers of the Construction & Investment Journal (CiJ) in
combination with a judging panel of senior real estate professionals. The award was
announced in Bratislava on 7th December and is part of the annual awards organised by the
leading Central and Eastern European real estate magazine CiJ.
This is the third time in a row that Cushman & Wakefield has been
voted ‘Best Real Estate Agency’ in Slovakia .
The award was accepted by Andrew Thompson, Managing Partner, Cushman & Wakefield
Slovakia. In his acceptance speech, Andrew said:
"It gives me enormous pride to accept this award on behalf of the 29 professional men
and women who work very hard at Cushman & Wakefield to deliver
value-added services to our landlord, occupier and banking clients. "I
would also like to take this opportunity to thank our clients for placing their trust in our
hands and we look forward to rewarding that trust again in 2011 as we have in 2010." He
added that Cushman & Wakefield is expanding in certain service lines to provide an even
stronger level of service in 2011.
This accolade compliments the awards won recently at Euromoney who announced Cushman
& Wakefield as the "Best Real Estate Advisors and Consultants of the
year 2010 in the CEE".
The Awards are announced annually by the Euromoney magazine; it was the sixth year of the
competition. The survey was conducted from March until June 2010. The Awards are
based on Real Estate Survey canvassing the opinions of real estate developers, advisors,
financial institutions and investors.
