CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD CONTINUES TO STRENGTHEN ITS BUSINESS WITH TWO NEW APPOINTMENTS IN SPAIN

• Two new appointments to strengthen Office Agency in Barcelona and Retail High Streets in Madrid

Real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), as part of its strategic commitment to strengthen its business in Spain, has appointed Javier Bernades as an Associate and Director of Office Agency in Barcelona and Ignacio Acha as Director of Retail High Streets in Madrid.

Bernades holds a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and a BA in Business Studies at the University of Wolverhampton, England. He has over 15 years of experience in real estate, where he has held management roles at companies such as Grupo Ferrer, Banesto and Century 21.

Acha graduated in Business and Marketing and a Masters in General Management from the School of Business, Marketing and Public Relations ESERP (Madrid). Ignacio has over 10 years of experience in the departments of expansion of companies such as The Phone House and Fashion Festa. He also directed Retail departments in companies such as Roan Aguirre Newman and Real Estate.

Also, Project Management service line team has doubled in the last 18 months in Madrid, under the direction of Pedro Mora and in Barcelona led by Associate, Carlos Pueyo. All this, within the strategic expansion plan that the firm proposed earlier this year 2011.
