Cushman & Wakefield, world’s largest privately held commercial real estate services firm
has hired Hanns-Joachim Fredrich as a Partner and head of its Berlin office. Hanns-Joachim, 45,
joins Cushman & Wakefield on 1st June, 2012after 15 years with DTZ Germany. He will be
specifically focused on expanding Cushman & Wakefield’s investment business and leading the
Berlin office.
The Head of Cushman & Wakefield’s German Capital Markets Group, Dr Martin Braun, stated:
“In Hanns-Joachim Fredrich we have secured a highly regarded and experienced real estate
professional who as a member of our management team, will be instrumental in the driving the
expansion and development of our investment business.”
The further development of investment advisory is a main focus of Cushman & Wakefield’s
expansion plans in Germany in 2012. The company currently has investment teams in Frankfurt,
Berlin, Hamburg and Munich.
