“The complex distinguishes itself through its modern architecture. A proximity to airport in
Swidnik, currently under construction, convenient access to the city centre and location in
Special Economic Zone are additional assets for tenants. Lublin is an important scientific
centre, boasting 14 schools of higher education. This creates enormous potential for companies,
especially from IT sector, which intend to locate their scientific research centres there” –
said Marek Skrzydlak, senior negotiator at the Industrial department of Cushman &
Wakefield.
