Atrium Felicity will be the largest retail scheme in Lublin. The gallery will total around
75,000 sq m of retail space, of which 19,700 sq m will be taken by a food hypermarket, which
has already signed a lease. The facility will be erected in the eastern part of the city, on
Wincentego Witosa Avenue and Antoniny Grygowej Street. The general constructor is Strabag.
Key tenants include fitness club Pure (2,295 sq m), Smyk Megastore (2,147 sq m) and clothing
chains: Zara (1,997 sq m), H&M (1,713 sq m) and Reserved (1,235 sq m). Other tenants are:
Intersport, New Yorker, Cubus, Bershka, CCC, Pull & Bear, Rossmann, Massimo Dutti,
Stradivarius, Zara Home, Home & You, CROPP, House, Sephora, Super-Pharm, Mohito, Adidas,
Tally Weijl, Nike, Oysho, Prima Moda, Bytom, Ryłko, Kari, Krakowski Kredens, KFC, Ochnik and
Paris Optique.
