Debra Moritz Joins Cushman & Wakefield to Lead U.S. Business Consulting Practice

Cushman & Wakefield today announced Debora Moritz has joined the firm as Executive Managing
Director, Head of U.S. Business Consulting. Working closely with the firm's entire range of
service line professionals, she will oversee an integrated delivery platform designed to
improve client business performance by reducing cost, increasing revenue, and mitigating risk.
Based in Chicago, Ms. Moritz will report directly to James M. Underhill, CEO of the company's
Americas region.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Moritz served as an International
Director/Managing Director with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) from 1999 to 2011. During that time,
she founded and led the firm's Strategic Consulting Group overseeing specialty practices
including Portfolio Optimization, Mergers & Acquisitions, Location Advisory, Workplace
Solutions, Organizational Design, Process Management and Sustainability.
With more than 20 years of experience and a successful track record of advising business
clients on the strategic management of their assets and portfolios, Ms. Moritz also founded
Jones Lang Wootton's (JLL's predecessor firm) original Corporate Advisory Services. Her early
career included management, development, transaction and consultant positions at the former
Richard Ellis (now CBRE), Rubloff, and Union Pacific Corporation.
A frequent speaker at major industry events including the Conference Board and CoreNet Global,
Ms. Moritz's thought leadership has covered a wide range of topics including strategic
portfolio approaches, change management and maximizing outsourced provider relationships. Among
her numerous business and industry affiliations, she is a member of the Chicago Executives'
Club, the Urban Land Institute, CoreNet Global and American College of Healthcare
Executives.
Ms. Moritz holds an M.B.A. in Finance from DePaul University and a B.S. in Finance from
Creighton University. She was also selected for INSEAD's Executive Development Program in
France and has continued business and healthcare studies at University of Chicago and
Northwestern University's Kellogg School.
