Banco do Brasil takes 4th floor at Pinners Hall, London EC2

Knight Frank LLP and Ingleby Trice are pleased to announce the pre-letting of the 4th floor comprising 16,787 sq ft at Pinners Hall, 105 Old Broad Street, EC2 to Banco do Brasil (advised by Cushman & Wakefield) on a new 10 year lease. This follows the successful letting of 5,121 sq ft on the part 3rd floor to Stroz Friedberg Limited, on behalf of iii-investments and Muller Professional Services.
Pinners Hall is an attractive headquarters building situated in heart of the City of London, immediately opposite Tower42. Following these lettings a further 33,641 sq ft remains available at a competitive quoting rent of £37.50 per sq ft pax, the building will be officially launched in October.
