Cushman & Wakefield Appoints Bruce Mosler Co-Chairman of the Board15 Oct, 2009, New York
Cushman & Wakefield today announced that Bruce Mosler, 51, the company's President &
Chief Executive Officer since January 2005, has been appointed Co-Chairman of the Board at the
firm, alongside John C. Cushman III.
In his new role, Mr. Mosler will focus on the firm's global brokerage business, developing major accounts and serving key clients. Mr. Mosler will continue to serve on the firm's Board of Directors. Cushman & Wakefield's Board of Directors has established a search committee to identify a new Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Mosler will serve as President & Chief Executive Officer until such time as his successor joins the firm. The firm has retained Spencer Stuart to assist with the process. "In his new responsibility, Bruce will play a critical role in continuing to enhance the Cushman & Wakefield global brand.
