C&W Negotiates a 47,293 Square Foot Lease Renewal at Tampa East Industrial Park

Cushman & Wakefield negotiated a 47,293 sf lease renewal at Tampa East Industrial Park, 1883 Massaro Boulevard in Tampa, Florida.

1883 Massaro is located within the 2.1 million square foot Tampa East Industrial Park at State Road 60 and U.S. Highway 301. The property sits at the epicenter of Tampa Bay’s premier Interstate-75 or Eastside Industrial market.

Senior Director Mike Davis (Capital Markets) and Director Rian Smith (Global Supply Chain Solutions) negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord, Weingartin Realty Investors. The Tenant is Teka USA, Inc.
