Top Inland Empire Office Brokerage Team Joins Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield today announced that it has expanded its Inland Empire presence with the addition of Taylor Ing, Michael Day and Drew Sanden, one of the area's top office brokerage teams. The team was previously with CB Richard Ellis.

"Taylor, Michael and Drew are among the top office brokerage professionals in the Inland Empire, and the addition of their team will go a long way in enhancing our local presence," said Phil Lombardo, Executive Director and Managing Broker of Cushman & Wakefield's Inland Empire office.

Taylor Ing
Mr. Ing has joined Cushman & Wakefield as Executive Director. He was among the Top 10 office producers in Southern California while at CB Richard Ellis, as well as among the Top 5 producers in its Ontario office, and was a recipient of its Century Club Distinguished Achievement and Chairman's Club Awards for 10 consecutive years. Mr. Ing has completed more than 500 transactions, representing more than 5 million square feet and valued at more than $1 billion. He is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego.

Michael Day
Mr. Day has joined the firm as Senior Director. A native of the Inland Empire, he brings experience in ground-up development, leasing and tenant representation, with clients including The Trenton Group, Armstrong/Butcher Properties, The Hileman Co., ADP Inc., AllState Corp., Verizon Communications Inc. and Time-Warner Telecom Inc. He was named Rookie of the Year for CB Richard Ellis' Inland Empire office in 2005, and is consistently recognized as one of the area's Top 20 brokers. He is a graduate of California State University, San Bernardino.

Drew Sanden
Mr. Sanden has joined the firm as Associate Director. He specializes in tenant and agency representation in the Inland Empire and San Gabriel office markets, with clients including Allstate Insurance, Diversified Pacific Fund, Boeing, Wells Fargo, Jacuzzi Brands, Prudential, RREEF and The Brady Corporation. He is a graduate of the University of San Diego.
