
Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois, Inc. (C&W) announces the addition of Shawn Mobley as
Executive Vice President, Market Leader. He is responsible for managing and leading C&W's
Chicago offices located in downtown Chicago and Rosemont. Along with day-to-day operations, Mr.
Mobley will also guide the continued growth of the firm?s services in the Chicago area.
One of Chicago's most successful commercial real estate executives, Mr. Mobley brings more
than 20 years of experience to C&W. He was most recently President of Brokerage Services
for the US with responsibility for more than 100 offices nationwide. Previously, Mr. Mobley
served as Senior Vice President in the Corporate Solutions Group at Jones Lang LaSalle.

plan and we are pleased to have Shawn Mobley join C&W to lead an increased concentration on
our business platform and clients in this important market," said Jim Underhill, CEO of

C&W recently announced the addition of Retail Brokerage Services to the Chicago office
under Mr. Mobley's direction. The firm has also bolstered its presence during the past year in
several other service lines, placing both national and global leadership within the Chicago
offices. Greg Vorwaller, the CEO of Global Capital Markets for the firm, is based in the
downtown Chicago office, while Jim Dieter leads the U.S. Industrial Brokerage Services group
from C&W's Rosemont office. In addition, more than 30 professionals have been added to the
various service lines within the Chicago offices during the past six months.

Mr. Mobley earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson and a Master
of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He is active in many industry and
civic organizations including CoreNet, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties
and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mr. Mobley is also a frequent speaker
at local real estate events and served on the Economic Advisors Panel for the City of Chicago
Department of Planning and Development. He completed the Chartered Financial Analysts program
in 1997 and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Illinois.
