Larry Goldwasser and Team Join Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois, Inc. (C&W) announces the hiring of Larry Goldwasser as Senior Director in its Industrial Group. Mr. Goldwasser joins C&W from NAI Hiffman, where he most recently served as a Senior Vice President and was a repeat top ten producer. He will be joined at C&W by team members Jay Maher, Anthony Leeds and Colin Green.

Focusing on industrial properties and land in the Western Cook, O'Hare, City of Chicago and Northwest Indiana markets, Mr. Goldwasser specializes in working with tenants, owners, developers and institutions on industrial sale, leasing and build-to-suit projects. Some of the firms he has represented include: KTR Capital Partners, CenterPoint Properties, ML Realty Partners, Kraft Foods, City of Chicago Park District, Coca Cola, ProLogis, Hilton Hotels, Total International, Unilever USA and Sterling Bay. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Advertising from Michigan State University.

Jay Maher is an industrial property and land specialist focusing on the Western Cook, O'Hare and City of Chicago markets. Some of the firms Mr. Maher has represented include: Midwest Canvass, Dentsply, Kugmann Associates, Maroon Inc., Tuffshed, FirePro, Excell Recycling and Landmark Document Services. Prior to joining NAI, Mr. Maher was a broker at Grubb & Ellis. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Illinois State University.

Anthony Leeds is an industrial property and land specialist focusing on the Western Cook, O'Hare and City of Chicago markets. Some of the firms Mr. Leeds has represented include: Dynamic Manufacturing, IDI, KTR, Village of Bellwood Property Trust, Core Centric Industries, City Electric Supply, Gardner Place Real Estate Development and O'Hare Record Retention. Prior to joining NAI, Mr. Leeds was a broker at Darwin Realty & Development for four years. He holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.

Colin Green is an industrial property and land specialist focusing on the City of Chicago market.
