World's largest privately held commercial real estate services firm expands global
leadership team
Cushman & Wakefield announced today an expanded global corporate structure and the
promotion of key executives to more efficiently serve its clients worldwide. The new structure
is organized geographically, as well as by business line and corporate department.

sophisticated business knowledge and the ability to deliver for clients
worldwide."
Charged with expanding Cushman & Wakefield's global service delivery are:
John C. Santora, who has been named Chief Operating Officer. In his new position, Mr.
Santora, who previously globalized the firm's Asset Services Group, will work with Mr. Mosler
and senior level management around the world. As COO he will continue to build and maintain a
global platform, ensuring the firm delivers its services on a worldwide basis.
Mr. Santora joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1977. During his career, he has held a variety
of operational and managerial positions with increasing authority and responsibility within the
Asset Services Group. Prior to being named COO, Mr. Santora served as Executive Vice President
of Asset Services. He has been directly involved in the servicing of many national and
international accounts including Chase, Prudential, Citigroup, MetLife and Lucent. In addition,
Mr. Santora directed Cushman & Wakefield's International Asset Services in Brazil and
Mexico and its expansion in Asia and Europe.
Christopher Lowery, who has been named CEO Global Capital Markets and Principal Activities.
In his new position he will direct and oversee Capital Markets, a segment of the real estate
industry that has been a huge driver throughout the global market. Mr. Lowery was previously
Executive Vice President of Capital Markets, and has been with Cushman & Wakefield since
1988. Prior to serving as Executive Vice President, Mr. Lowery was National Director of the
Structured Finance unit, and he was a member of the management team for Financial Services,
with particular responsibility for originating and overseeing corporate assignments involving
capital transactions.
To globally integrate the firm further, three regional CEOs have been named: Tony Marano,
CEO of the Americas; John Travers, CEO of Europe; and Michael Thompson, CEO of Asia. In
addition to having responsibility for their global region, the three CEOs will work together
and with Mr. Mosler to provide consistent, quality service to Cushman & Wakefield's
clients.
Tony Marano was previously Cushman & Wakefield's Chief Operating Officer for U.S.
Operations. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Marano was Vice President of Business
Services at Lucent, with the company's real estate functions among several units reporting to
him. Prior to that, he was real estate Vice President for Lucent, responsible for asset
management, property management, engineering and real estate dispositions. Mr. Marano
oversaw a 70-million-square-foot portfolio, and had executive responsibility for Lucent's
corporate real estate holdings.
John Travers was previously Chairman and Senior Partner of Cushman & Wakefield's
European operations, focusing on the offices throughout Europe. He has been with the firm since
1975 and was branch manager of the Brussels office for 20 years.
Michael Thompson was previously Group Chief Executive Officer of Cushman & Wakefield
Asia Pacific, responsible for developing Cushman & Wakefield's expanding regional business
and increasing the company's market share in Asia Pacific. Prior to that, he served as Managing
Director of the firm's India operations, making aggressive inroads in expanding Cushman &
Wakefield's services, market share, and presence in the region. Based in New Delhi, he
opened Cushman & Wakefield offices in Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai.
Mr. Santora, Mr. Lowery, Mr. Marano, Mr. Travers and Mr. Thompson are all members of Cushman
& Wakefield's Board of Directors.
