Cushman & Wakefield Appointed Exclusive Agent For Woodlands Office Park

Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield today announced its appointment by WK Equities to serve as exclusive leasing agent for The Woodlands Office Park in Hauppauge, NY.

The Woodlands, built in 1983 and situated on 7.5 acres in a campus-like setting, is comprised of three buildings, 700, 750, and 800 Veterans Memorial Highway. The 128,000 square foot property boasts a tenant roster that includes Memorial Sloan Kettering, Oppenheimer, and the Associated Press.
